Dr. Kelly K. Thomas DDS

Dr. Kelly Thomas was named Best Cosmetic Dentist in KC in 2020 and 2021, one of the Top Dentists in KC in 2022 and 2023, and one of the Top 40 Dentists in the Nation under 40.

She is a graduate of UMKC Dental School. Practicing since 2004, Dr. Thomas also studied extensively at Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies expanding her fields of expertise into cosmetics and neuromuscular dentistry.

Her approach to your treatment starts with patiently listening to you; then, after a complete and thorough examination, she reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you. Providing a caring environment is important to her. Her favorite thing in dentistry is to transform a smile with bonding or veneers.

Dr Thomas lives in south Overland Park with her husband Paul. She has 3 children of her own and a step-son. Greyson, Kyler and Beckett are awesome big brothers to their little sister Charlotte. When she isn’t at the office, you can find her on a bleacher or sideline cheering on her little athletes or playing co-ed softball or golf.

Dr. Daniel DuHadway DDS

Dr. Dan takes great pride in being part of the Leawood Community. Originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, he earned his Bachelor’s and Doctorate Degrees from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. It was there that he decided Kansas City was the place to call home. Dr. Dan’s primary focus is the achievement of his patient’s oral health goals. In depth treatment planning, thorough discussions, and passionate chair-side care all encompass his standard for every patient. He enjoys creating confident smiles in a warm and safe environment. Dr. Dan is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD) where he’s completed many post-graduate studies in the advanced practices of cosmetics including crowns and veneers. He is also a certified Invisalign® provider. Outside of work, Dr. Dan enjoys spending time with family and working out. His wife, Kelsey and him enjoy taking their black lab Murphy on long hikes throughout the KC metro area. He is also an avid baker who loves to experiment on the weekends and indulge in his new creations!

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Come see Ryann for any of your hygiene needs! Ryann is from a small town outside of Wichita, Kansas called Garden Plain. She played college volleyball at Neosho County CC for 2 years and is a 2022 graduate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Dentistry with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Despite her love for oral health care, she also enjoys spending time with her roommates in Brookside, watching reality TV shows, and watching her little brothers on the field!
Rhe

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Meet Rhe! She graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Dentistry with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She values patient education and building a trusting relationship with all her patients. She strives to give patients comfortable and thorough treatment. Whether you are coming in for a routine cleaning, or haven’t been in a long time she would love to work with you. Rhe is married to her husband John and they have two fur babies named Paisley and Baby. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading books and watching/cheering on the Chiefs!
Alex

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Meet Alex, our newest Hygienist! Alex graduated from the University of Missouri—Kansas City’s School of Dentistry with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. Alex was named “Class of 2022 Clinician of the Year” during her time at UMKC. She values helping her patients reach their oral health goals and building personal relationships with her patients.
Alex originally grew up a military brat in Arkansas and her family decided to reside in her Dad’s hometown, Kansas City! Outside of her love for the dental field, Alex enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Paxton, and their dog, Millie! In her spare time, Alex loves to read fiction novels, take Millie on walks, and cheer on the Chiefs!
Ashley

DENTAL ASSISTANT
You will meet Ashley in the back when you receive restorative work. She has been Dr. Thomas’s right hand for almost 15 years now! She enjoys her job and loves meeting and getting to know her patients. When she’s not at work, she is trying to keep up with her very active family. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 16 years and they have three children (13, 10, and 6). She loves the sun and hot weather and enjoys being outside. On the weekends, you will find her cheering on her kids in their sports and during the summer, they are on the lake as often as possible. Ashley looks forward to serving you during your visit.
Tamatha

DENTAL ASSISTANT
Tamatha has been an assistant for a long time, but she has been at our office for 5 years. She and her husband, David, have three grown children ranging from 21 to 26, the youngest is the last to finish up college next spring. When she isn’t at the office she enjoys traveling to visit her kids, gardening, bird watching and trying out new restaurants in the city with her husband. She adds a lot of personality to our office and we are thankful for her happy, bubbly outlook on life!
Kierra

DENTAL ASSISTANT
Kierra is Dr. Dan’s right hand. She is new to the dental world but is quickly learning the in’s and out’s. Kierra is the youngest of seven and comes from a long line of health care workers. She enjoys outdoor activities and trying new foods. She is just at the beginning of her journey in her dental career but hopes to continue to learn and grow in the field.
Maureen

OFFICE MANAGER
Maureen joined the office three years ago as the insurance coordinator, then transitioned to our business manager. With a long history of retail and dental management, it’s a perfect fit. She’s your go-to for any questions regarding insurance, claims and billing. Maureen, her husband Ron and their 4-legged kids moved back to the Midwest 10 years ago to be closer to her family in Iowa. Maureen has a passion for animals and volunteers in rescue. You’ll find her pups Finn and Papi always by her side at home.
Danyelle

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Danyelle works in our front office. She has been working in the dental field for the last four years. She loves helping patients and getting to know them. When she’s not at work, she is busy caring for her daughter and son.
Madison

FRONT OFFICE
You will be greeted by Madison’s smiling face when you walk through the door. She has a long history in the veterinary field and has made the recent change to dentistry. She is eager to meet and assist each patient. On the weekends, she likes to spend time with her family and spoil her dog and cat.
